Retail Boutique
SALAZAR DAVIS Architects

This 2,500-square-foot boutique is located in the South Coast Plaza shopping center in Costa Mesa, California. The client, French clothing retailer agnès b, established broad design goals, which our office was responsible for interpreting. We also oversaw the development and coordination of all aspects of the project through construction.

Merchandise is displayed along the perimeter of the sales area, as well as on a number of freestanding custom fixtures across the space. Alcoves feature integral lighting, casework, and panels with grommets for the client's display system. Of note is the custom steel-and-limestone storefront, as well as stainless steel display fixtures, stained oak floors, and lacquered casework.
